My Approach
The underlying challenge doesn't change much from client to client, and neither does my approach. Organizations get stuck when strategy and execution stop talking to each other. My job is to get them talking again.
In practice that means being in the room, not just on the deck. Understanding your constraints before offering solutions. And staying until the work is actually done, not until the presentation is delivered.
I keep a small number of engagements at a time. Not as a limitation. As a commitment to doing the work well.
Who I Work With
You might be a founder who's been running product strategy out of your own head and knows that can't continue. A team lead at a mission-driven org who needs to make a compelling case to leadership but doesn't have the data structure to support it.
